Oral Presentation Guideline

Time Allocations

Oral presentation slots are 20 minutes long in total – that includes questions and handovers. Session chairs will hold you this time. Please make sure your presentation is not over 15 minutes long, so that you allow at least 5 minutes for questions and introduction, etc. A longer presentation means that only a single question can be accommodated, or even none at all, although questions are often the most interesting part for both speaker and audiences.

Meeting with Session Chairs

All presenters are to meet with their session chairs 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
